"EU-hosted" gets used loosely. We try to be precise about it, because for a lot of businesses it is the whole point.
What data sovereignty actually means
When we say your data stays in Europe, we mean the parts we control: your knowledge base, your bookings, your leads, your logs, your databases. These run on EU-based infrastructure, under EU rules, without a round trip through a US-owned cloud.
The honest nuance
Some things are not in our hands. If a workflow depends on a third-party API, or a messaging channel owned by a large platform, that transport layer is theirs, not ours. We tell clients exactly where the line is rather than pretending it does not exist.
Privacy-first by default
Self-hosted where it makes sense, encrypted in transit and at rest, and built so that deleting your data is a real operation, not a support ticket. For AI features, that means privacy-first assistants that keep your data on your side of the fence.
It is more work than clicking deploy on someone else's platform. For the businesses that care where their data lives, it is the only version worth building.
